Highlights from the 2008/09 Casework Survey

The results of the recent casework survey have now been analysed.

Here are a few interesting statistics:

1. The largest group contacting Adrian & his team were in the 50-64 age group (32.79%)

2. 55.60% of respondents contacted Adrian by post.

3. 77.02% said that it was ‘very easy’ to contact Adrian with 22.33% selecting the ‘easy’ option.

4. Adrian’s main contact method with constituents was via letter (96.18%)

5. 92.49% of respondents said that they were happy with the response that they received from Adrian & his team.
