Banks - Don't You Just Luv Em

I've come across a banking practice of putting an additional interest charge on credit card accounts despite the customer having agreed to pay off the account in full at the end of each month.

If anyone else has come across this please email me at sandersa@parliament.uk as I may want to raise this in the House and name the offending banks.
